How Membership Works
Shore Haven Yacht Club, Inc. is a cooperative marina. Membership is available by purchasing one of the deeded slips in the marina. When you purchase a slip, you become a member-owner of the cooperative with all the rights and privileges that come with it.
As a member-owner, you have a real stake in the club — including the ability to serve on the board of directors and committees, and a direct say in how Shore Haven is maintained and improved.
What's Included with Slip Ownership
Every deeded slip at Shore Haven includes:
- Your own deeded boat slip in the sheltered waters of the Beaver Dam Creek
- Shore power connections (single 30 amp and dual 30 amp service available)
- Fresh water hookups
- Complimentary marina-wide Wi-Fi
- 24/7 dockside pump-out system
- 24/7 security with CCTV monitoring
- Access to the olympic size pool, patios, BBQ grills, restrooms, and showers
- Use of the boat ramp for launching jet skis, small boats, and dinghies
- Ample parking
- Participation in all club events and social activities
Interested in Purchasing a Slip?
Slips at Shore Haven don't come up for sale often, but when they do, they go quickly. If you're interested in purchasing a slip and becoming a member of the cooperative, we encourage you to get on the notification list.
